At Zivoraq, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and components. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after 45 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team at info@zivoraq.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label.
Return Method and Shipping
All returns must be sent by mail. After approval, a return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print. Zivoraq covers the full cost of return shipping, and customers are not required to pay any return postage fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 45-day return window, provided the product meets the eligibility requirements. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. Eligible returns and exchanges are processed at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
If your original payment was made in a different currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These charges are beyond our control and are not covered by Zivoraq.
