Shipping Coverage

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Zivoraq and shipped within the United States. All products available on our website are covered under this policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-5) from Monday to Friday are eligible to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders require a handling period of 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Handling and fulfillment operations are conducted Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time and Delivery Schedule

Once dispatched, orders typically take 5 to 15 business days in transit. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external carrier conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is approximately 7 to 20 business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

All prices and shipping-related charges are displayed and processed in USD. If you choose to pay using another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or transaction fees. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
